- Hi, my name is Jen and I am a disabled single Mom. A 'Go Fund Me' is truly the LAST thing I want to do (embarassing yet grateful!) I believed I had all of my "ducks in a row" but that ended up not working out! I thought I found a perfect home in Audubon for my family but it fell through. I'm here because I need a home for my family & a vehicle to work. And last but not least, here comes Christmas, and my children, especially my eight year old, just don't understand and keep showing me her "Santa lists." I know it's a very tight time of year and I also know I'm not giving you much time, but if you can find it in your hearts to help, every little bit counts.
