Hi guys! It's Baylee and as some of you know I have the wonderful opportunity to study abroad in London this summer! My time as a student at Kennesaw State University has opened many opportunities for my future and this is one of them. I am a part of the Joel A. Katz Music and Entertainment Business Program, one of the top programs in the country according to Billboard Magazine. Through this program, I have been able to create lifelong relationships, work firsthand in the entertainment industry through internships, develop a real passion for a career in the industry, and get the opportunity for this trip.

As I enter my senior year I have had a lot of time to reflect on the experiences I've had that are helping me prepare for my entrance into the real world. Many of those experiences come from my participation in this program and this trip will only enhance that. From sitting in on board meetings in Sony Headquarters, getting to learn from head marketing executives including Simon Cowell's team, getting an inside tour of Abbey Road studios and an in-depth Beatles experience, and so much more. Not only would I be able to practice my career path in a new country but I will be able to learn from a new culture and absorb all of the city's deep-rooted history.

I have been dreaming of this trip since my freshman year of college and now that the opportunity is presenting itself to me I cannot begin to explain my excitement and happiness.
