Transformational Leadership Training for Youth, Ages 13 to 17
Bringing powerful leadership training for youth to the San Francisco Bay area.
At the Liza Maribel Foundation, we love to empower children and provide safe environments where they can thrive. We believe that every child deserves to experience a life free of insecurities where they can be in contribution to society by their ways of being.
That’s why we have committed to bringing this successful series of powerful transformational leadership workshops for teens aged 13 - 17 to the San Francisco Bay Area. The program empowers teens through self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills.
This is a two-day workshop that provides a safe, engaging, and inspirational environment for profound self-discovery and growth, creating a lasting foundation for teens to build full and enriching lives.
The training consists of experienced trainers and staff that will coach teens to produce extraordinary results in all areas of their lives, including:
Self-awareness;
Self-worth;
Accountability and responsibility
Relationship with family members, peers, and community;
Communication skills;
Leadership skills;
Emotional intelligence;
Health and self-care;
Education and grades;
Gifts and talents;
Community and world consciousness.
The two-day workshop is conducted over a weekend, followed by one month of coaching by telephone, and concluding with a graduation ceremony. Students must complete both training days and one month of coaching in order to graduate. The program is 100% free for all participating teenagers.
In order for us to launch this amazing program, which we expect to benefit over 200 teens in the Bay Area, we need to urgently raise $50,000 dollars to cover all expenses and facility rentals.
With this training, our teens will learn how to pay it forward. Your contribution to our cause will give our youth, the future of our community and world, an improved chance to live a productive life of leadership and contribution.
