Help with medical costs, support my journey

I never thought I'd be writing anything like this. Well, for those of you who don't know, I considered myself a rather healthy individual but I have been struggling with some mysterious health issues for the last 8-10 months that ranged from bouts of dizziness and fatigue to chest pain and trouble breathing.

In the last couple months these symptoms have started to interrupt my daily life, making going into my workplace very difficult and missing shifts frequently. Unfortunately my current job, like most restaurants, doesn't offer health insurance or PTO. So like most broke young adults, I avoid the hospital at all costs (literally).

Last night my heart was pounding and my chest was tight and I couldn't get it out of my head that I needed to get checked out immediately, so I spent the night at Longview Regional ER and they crossed off all the life-threatening tests. I was discharged with no answers, but I know there is something wrong. Based off recommendation I am going to pursue a functional medicine doctor, and a chiropractor. My hope and prayer is to find the root cause of whats wrong and heal that, so I can get back to normal life and activity.

Ofcourse none of this is possible without the funds to be seen. I don't know yet what my medical bill from the ER will look like, but I figured this was a place to start. Any funds will go directly towards medical bills and "lifes" bills I may get behind on from loss of work. My faith is solely in God, so if you feel lead to give generously or a few dollars, thank you. If Gods not telling you to give but to pray, thank you. Its hard to ask for help, but we've all needed it as some point.
