I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer Aug 2024. I was given a colostomy bag as my colon was almost completely blocked. I started an aggressive regimen of chemo in September then radiation and oral chemo in Feb 2025. I was hoping to return to work for after radiation until I have my surgery in June but my work has decided that I'm a liability and can't work until further notice. Although we have insurance we still have a substantial amount of bills due to my illness. I still have 2 more surgeries coming up and will most likely be unable to work until the end of the year if all goes well. I'm putting this together in hopes that there are people able to help me and my family get through this difficult time, until I'm hopefully able to work again.
