Battling Medical Conditions

Hello let’s introduce ourselves, us 3 sisters Carrie, Dawn and Sarah are starting this gofundme page for

our brother Shane Cameron who we absolutely love and adore with all

our hearts. Many people know Shane as someone who is kind, whitty, a little snarky at times and who loves being around people.

Shane is the heart of our family, he is the glue that keeps us all

connected. We adore Shane. He is fun to be around and makes us all

laugh.

Shane likes being around people he works with at Kaiser, and even

though he feels under the weather he will still show up to work, even

after us sisters tell him to stay home, so his body has time to heal. Shane would say no, “ I’ll be

alright, they need me there.” His exact words to us.

As many of you know Shane has been dealing with kidney and liver

failure along heart problems lately. He has been in and out of the

hospital lately for some of these issues. Shane has been through

alot than most people and he still keeps on doing what he likes, which

is helping people as well as looking forward to working as he said, “ it gives him something to look forward to and bills don’t wait.” He will go from listening to someone about their

day or problems they go through. Overall he loves being a friend even helping co-worker’s have a brighter day, that’s Shane.

Now Shane is having to go through another battle, he has been just

diagnosed with Colon Cancer and as of this post we don’t know what

stage the Cancer is. This has really devastated Shane and our family

and we are trying to stay strong for Shane.

With this new fight of battling Cancer we don’t know how Shane will

react to his treatment so we don’t know if he will be able to work or

not. He is hoping, as Shane does so often, that he will be able to

continue to work while getting his treatments. Right now we have a lot

of unknowns until he meets with Oncologists and GI on May 24th.

Bless Shane’s coworkers, as they suggested we start the gofundme for

him. They know Shane has been dealing with alot of health issues. So

us sisters are starting this to help with any living expenses for Shane while

he goes through another battle, this time Cancer. Shane will be having

a big fight and knowing our brother he will try and work. However, there will

be days he won't be able to and it would be nice if Shane can just

concentrate on his treatment and not have to worry about anything

else. Everyone has shown support for our brother and our family is so

grateful for that. Any amount you can donate is appreciative, big or

small. You’ve all carried him in support with your prayers these past

two years Shane and our family are so grateful.
