I'm 41 years, I have been diagnosed with end stage of kidney disease, I live in New York, I have been in New York for only 3 years. I have diabetes and high blood pressure. I started dialysis 2 months ago, and I have been really weak and also a lot of dizziness, I have been out of work for 4 months and things are not really easy. I'm working to have a kidney and pancreas transplant. I really want to get better. Social services denied me help because I have worked only for 2 years in the States.
