Today wasn’t how I planned to spend my 45th birthday. Usually I would be somewhere exploring the world with my girls, but this year I am fighting for my life. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Nov of 2018 and it’s been nothing but a nonstop rollercoaster since then. In Jan I had a double mastectomy and shortly after was back in surgery to have my port inserted. The real struggle has become chemo. Last Friday was my first go at chemo and it has been kicking my butt every since. I have been experiencing all the horrible side effects everyone talks about which has led me to a hospital stay today. I am asking for a little support to help me provide for my family as o go through this difficult time. I am a mom of 4, 2 of which are minors still in my care and 1 I am responsible for putting through college. I am usually one tough cookie and asking for help is sometimes difficult for me. I am in need at this time and any amount of help would be greatly appreciated. It can come in the form of prayer or monetary value. I am deeply appreciative and know that I am extremely blessed to have such an amazing support system. Thank all of you in advance! I am determined to kick cancer’s AZZ!!
