BattleBots 2020 - Lakehead Engineering Team
Donation protected
We are a group of students from Lakehead University in the final stretch of our Mechanical Engineering degrees. Each of us are graduated Engineering Technologists, and have pursued further education to become professional engineers. As such, we must complete a final Degree (Capstone) Project to finish our studies.

We are honored that our team has been accepted in RoboBrawl - an international BattleBots competition held annually in Chicago, IL. In this competition, teams varying from professionals to students from all over North America build robots to compete in head to head combat.
Being that we are full-time students attending a extremely demanding program with a heavy course load, we currently do not have the funds to complete this robot. In an effort to raise said funds, we are looking for donations and/or sponsorship to help manufacture and complete our robotic fighting machine.

Funds would exclusively go towards:
- Materials (raw carbon steel, aluminum..etc.)
- Machining and manufacturing (lathes, mills, operator costs..etc.)
- Robotic Components (motors, transmitters, receivers, logic boards..etc.)
Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated, as each member has invested years of their lives for this finale.
If you would like to sponsor this bot, we would gladly represent your company through team/robot livery and mentions within the report and presentation.
