Myself and three others from CrossFit 536, Albert, Josh and John, are teaming up to take part in Battle Cancer 2025 in order to raise needed funds in aid of Irish Cancer Society. Over 90 minutes we will take on 9 strength and fitness stations, hoping to perform the maximum amount of reps possible before the time runs out.
