As many of you know, I got Scout from Battersea Old Windsor in 2013 when he was 7 weeks old. His heavily pregnant mum was found wandering the streets, and a very kind person took her to Battersea. There his mum and her pups received the best care from the truly wonderful people who work and volunteer there. Scout was my absolute heart dog, and was fiercely loyal, protective and a loving ‘big brother’ to little Sadie Penelope (also from Battersea), and his loss is felt every day by both of us.

I would love to invite you all for a walk around Virginia Water Lake in his memory, on what would have been his 13th birthday; 21st March 2026. I would ask for you to consider donating the price of a coffee which will go towards helping Battersea with their work (they also support other rescue centres around the UK ,both financially and with their knowledge).
