Bathroom renovation to ADA accessible

Trying to raise money to convert our master bathroom to handicapped accessible so I can bring my husband home from the hospital and not have to send him back to that horrible Nursing home.  I have attempted to get a Home Equity Line of Credit but have been declined due the bank computer stating the home does not show the value that I know it has, based on comps in the area.

Many of you know the health challenges Sean-Paul has been facing.  He is healthy enough to come home (after 2 months of being quite ill and almost dying....again) but our bathroom is not handicapped accessible and he is currently bed/wheelchair bound. 

The funds you donate will help us to renovate the bathroom to widen the doorway to allow for a shower wheelchair to access the commode as well as eliminate the giant step down to get into the current shower. 

Also trying to raise funds for a wheelchair ramp for the front entry of the house and other equipment required as he improves.

The situation is urgent as the doctors want to discharge him within a few days and we are both horrified at the thought of sending him back to the nursing home where, although he is not being abused, he is certainly being neglected.  I can only be there twice a day because I work two jobs.
