Bath Half run for CVS

Tax deductible
My brother, Harry and I are running the Bath Half Marathon on March 17th for Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome Association UK.  Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

A cause that's very close to my heart, having been a sufferer for over half my life. It is poorly understood and a diagnosis that wasn't easy with doctors stating they'd "never heard of it" and multiple misdiagnoses, eventually a close family friend stumbled across CVS after extensive internet research.

I struggled through my teenage years, having months off school due to constant vomiting for 7 days straight, reoccurring every other week and being unable to attend social events. However, due to endless positivity and love from family and friends, the episodes and vomiting started to lessen and I've been able to find methods of coping.

It is still unknown what causes CVS and there is no effective treatment. However, it was clear that anxiety played a major role for me, so it's important to always be positive and don't be afraid to talk.

Any little donations to this charity would mean a huge amount to us, in order to offer support to sufferers, education and promote research into CVS.

Thank you so much in advance for your contributions to this cause xoxox
