Bâtard Employee Relief Fund

Coronavirus (COVID-19) has up-ended the entire hospitality industry and the people that dedicate their lives to serving, cooking, and providing joy for others. The restaurant does not have the ability to pay its workers with the doors closed and expect to make a comeback when we get through this unfortunate time. Many of the crew relies on their weekly paycheck to simply put food on the table, take care of their families, or support themselves in a brutally expensive city. Most of the staff does not have health insurance because it is cost prohibitive, and those that do will have to forfeit it because they do not have hours. In a time we need it most, it is all disappearing. We are raising money here to be distributed to those at the restaurant that really need it to help pay for groceries, medicine, or a doctors visit. This is the time we are asking others for the hospitality so we may continue to do what we do once we are recovered.
