Help & support us pay playing pitch fees for 2025

Hi, my name is Andy and I'm Neurodivergent. I am fundraising for the Basingstoke Cavaliers American Flag Football Team, a team I have started for the whole community of Basingstoke and the surrounding area to come and play American football without those massive tackles it's famous for!

Flag football is a non-contact game 5 vs 5 mixed-gender game, and tackles are made by simply pulling a flag off the player with the ball.

This is very important to me, as it's allowed me to overcome my Autism & ADHD and meet new people doing a sport I love. I hope we as a team will attract other Neurodivergent players who can bring their sporting talents to the team.

The funds we raise are needed for the playing kit, home and away shirts, flags and belts for around the waists, we will have pitch hire fees and tournament fees.

The equipment we require costs each player £70, and with a full team of 20 this fundraiser will cover the cost of our community organisation players, allowing them to concentrate on the game!

Every donation is appreciated and we hope you will come along to our first game to see our brand-new kit once we can order it!
