Hi Friends of Elise... Basie... well, animals and all!

This is Katharine Edmonson wanting to let you know that I am starting a GOFUNDME account to help fund Basie's surgery for his left knee.

Back in June of 2023 he had to get surgery to get his right knee cruciate ligament stabilized. (TPOL) The posterior cruciate ligament provides support and stable movement of the knee. As you can imagine, this is an expensive surgery with a long recovery. Basie did really well and his right knee is stable.

He is now facing the same knee surgery on the other side. He has been a trooper hobbling along, but it's time to get it fixed for good.

Since Elise has already been dealing financially with the first surgery, I am hoping we can come together as a group and help them through this draining financial burden. Funds you donate will go directly to Elise to help with Basie's knee surgery already scheduled for January 11th in Bakersfield. Thank you in advance for any amount of support you can donate!
