Baseball team scammed out of uniforms

Hi, my name is Coach Enoch, I run a 12u travel baseball team called the Thunderboltz. We chose the name to honor our Air Force. All the parents chipped in to pay for the hats, belts, pants, jerseys , and practice jerseys. I trusted a friend to purchase all the teams uniforms because he runs his own program. He never came through with our uniforms. The coaches and I have been piecing together something to wear for the boys out of pocket. But have fallen short on funds to do so.
