We’re coming together as a baseball community to support families in Colombia and Venezuela who have been impacted by devastating earthquakes.

On June 24, Venezuela was hit by two powerful earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 in magnitude, leaving families and communities facing damage and uncertainty. Then, on August 10, a 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck Colombia, causing significant damage and leaving many people without safe homes and access to basic necessities.

For us, this is personal. Colombia and Venezuela are more than places on a map — they are home to our families, our communities, and so many people we care about. Seeing families go through something like this and feeling far away made us want to find a way to help.

That’s why we’re bringing our baseball community together for a Charity Baseball Camp run by Coach Nuni (@coachnunibsbl) and Coach Fernando (@villegas_baseball) — a day of baseball, community, and giving back. We’re incredibly grateful to All Star Performance (@allstarperformancestl) for donating the use of their facility, making it possible for us to bring this charity camp to life.

Our goal is to raise funds that will be distributed equally between relief efforts supporting affected communities in Colombia and Venezuela. The funds will help provide essentials such as food, water, shelter, medical supplies, hygiene products, and other immediate needs as families begin to recover and rebuild.
