Shaving off my dreadlocks!

After 15 years I'm cutting my dreadlocks to raise money for two great charities. No more predator, just a cold, bald head. They've become a trademark over the years, taking various forms and conditions as the pictures show. So please consider donating, as anything you give will have a massive impact.

I've set an ambitious target of £1500 - but that's only £100 for each year I've been growing them so hardly anything really!

I always said that if I did it, it would be for a reason. As I'm donating to two charities, all money will go through Woodside Church Trust and then be divided and sent on to Clic Sargent and Gate of Hope (rather than setting up two funding pages - any questions, please ask me!).

They supported one of my best friends through his experience of advanced stage 4 cancer and he is still here today. I'm thankful for them and want to support them doing that for more people's friends, perhaps one of yours some day.

Gate of Hope - Elbasan, Albania

This is a youth outreach project supporting some of the most disadvantaged children in Elbasan, Albania and is very close to my heart. As an intern I had the pleasure meeting the young people, experiencing first hand how life changing this project was to the most downtrodden people in the poorest country in Europe.
