Our dear family, friend and loved one Bartosz (Bartek) Matczak unexpectedly passed away last night, February 8th, 2020 on his 25th birthday. Bartek grew up in Beverly, MA with his mother, Ela Matczak and brother, Witek Matczak.

Immediate family also include cousin Piotr Kociszewski (Peter), cousins Jonathan Matczak, Jennifer Matczak and Adrian Zasepa; Aunt Donna Matczak and Uncle Darek Matczak, Aunt Liliana and Uncle Slawek, and close family Poland. Bartek was living with his girlfriend, Michaela Shabarekh in Lynn, MA.

We are asking our community and Bartosz’s loved ones for funeral service donations to help his mother, Ela cover costs during this difficult time.

Thank you to all who loved, guided and supported Bartosz during his lifetime. May God be with us all and his soul rest in peace.
