On Wednesday morning, Bart was in a serious accident where he was airlifted to Jefferson University Hospital with severe burns over 80% of his body. He will be having two separate skin graft surgeries this week. As of right now, because of the pain and swelling, he’s in a heavily sedated state, with a ventilator and feeding tube to help speed up the recovery process. We are not sure how long his recovery process will be, or how much of his medical bills would be covered. In addition, prior to his accident, we received approval to let you all know that Kelly was recently diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer, and will be undergoing a few months of chemotherapy and a mastectomy, soon after, followed by radiation. With such a great outpouring of support from friends that would like to help, we thought this would be the best way to assist the family as they overcome these tragedies.
