Barnstaple Half Marathon - Clarity

Hello! 

It’s me, making decisions my legs may later regret... however, it’s all in aid of an amazing cause that will always have a special place in my heart. 

This September, I will be running the Barnstaple half marathon in aid of Clarity. 

Clarity is a Barnstaple based charity which opens it’s doors to those who may be struggling managing the affect of mental health. 

Mental health is something that will affect 1 in 4 of us throughout our lifetime and has been present throughout not only my life but loved ones around me ❤️ 

I’m hoping I can help (even in the slightest way) to break the stigma of mental health and encourage someone to open up, speak about their feelings and seek help. No one should feel alone! 

Without charities like Clarity, the open door you may need, may not be there so please donate any spuds you can and help in the mission to make our minds healthy!
