Hi, I'm Andy Berry, Chairman of Barlick Fell Runners. We are working REALLY hard to implement a Parkrun event at Victory Park in Barnoldswick. If successful, this event will provide a free weekly 5k walk/run event for the entire local community (& people from further afield). The event will be part of the global Parkrun phenomenon providing timed events on the same course, at the same time every Saturday all-year-round. The BFR committee are working hard within the local community to secure the £4,800 one-off set-up fee for Parkrun.
