This summer I am going to be running the Thames Marathon in support of ‘Unreal’, a charity that focuses on depersonalisation (an anxiety-associated mental health condition). The aim is to raise £2620 (for the 26.2 miles of a marathon).

This is a cause that really means a lot to me. Last year, I went though a bit of a rough patch and believe I was suffering from DP (although I was never diagnosed). I managed to get through this with love and support from friends and family but for others it can be a lot more challenging. Unreal works to give support and raise awareness for this problem and offers a vital lifeline for those struggling.
