Barmouth Beach Race 2024

Hi, I’m Craig, and at 40 years old, I’ve decided it’s time to take on the Barmouth Beach Race. This race is something special for me—a chance to push my limits and see what I’m truly capable of. I’ve been training hard, building up my strength and stamina to tackle the challenging course along the coastline. This time, it’s not just about competing with others; I’m also running to support two causes close to my heart—the Barmouth RNLI and the Midlands Air Ambulance. By doing this race, I hope to raise funds and awareness for the incredible work they do in saving lives.
