Dear friends and family,

I am reaching out on behalf of my beloved daughter, Keisha, who was recently diagnosed with a rare type of soft tissue cancer. It’s been a challenging and emotional time for our family, but Keisha has shown incredible strength and determination throughout this journey.

On October 9th, Keisha will be undergoing surgery to remove a large tumor from her shoulder which will ultimately limit her range of motion. After the surgery, she will also need to go through a round of radiation therapy as part of her treatment plan. Following these procedures, she will need time to recover and focus on her health, which means she will be unable to work for a period of time. This unexpected turn of events has put a significant strain on her family’s finances, as they will be relying on a single income from her husband while still needing to support their two young boys, Quincy and Charlie.

In addition to the loss of income, the costs of treatment and medical bills have been overwhelming. That’s why we’ve started this GoFundMe—to help Keisha and her family navigate this difficult time without the added worry of financial burdens.

Any contribution, no matter the amount, will make a tremendous difference. Your support will go directly towards covering medical expenses, treatment costs, and helping ensure Quincy and Charlie have what they need while their mom focuses on her recovery.
