Barbra's 2nd Hip Replacement Is Almost Here

Dear Friends & Loved Ones of Barbra McPike,

We're so happy to share that Barbra has been scheduled for her second hip replacement surgery in just 2 weeks. The past 6 months since her first hip surgery has been a whirlwind of healing, physical therapy, rest and recovery. It also continued to be a painful one as her other hip is in desperate need of replacement.

While Barbra was able to return to work after her surgery for a few weeks, the pain in her other hip made it difficult to continue and she had to resign to take care, rest and wait for her second hip replacement surgery to be scheduled. We were so glad to learn this past week that she has been scheduled for surgery on August 19. While this was wonderful news, the timing has come quickly and financial resources are somewhat uncertain over the coming months.
