Barberstry Hurricane Relief

Hello everyone,

We are Nicholas Finley and Sarah Goodwin, born and raised in Englewood, Florida. Growing up in our small town, we’ve made many treasured memories, including opening our family business, Barberstry, 11 years ago. We’ve poured our blood, sweat and tears into providing top-grade services to our clients.

With great thanks to our amazing customers and staff, we’ve been able to grow our company and faithfully serve the Englewood community with quality haircuts. As an active local business, we have formed long-lasting bonds with every one of our customers of all ages. We host an annual fundraiser, "a night at Barberstry," to support our local schools. We’re incredibly grateful to serve Englewood and our loyal customers who’ve voted us the best barber shop nine years strong! Englewood will always be the place we call home.

On September 28th, our small town and business were devastated by Hurricane Ian. Seeing the destruction this storm has caused to this beautiful slice of paradise has been difficult. We’ve lost everything and to say this has been a nightmare is an understatement.

Unfortunately, our insurance will not cover the hurricane damage. We are struggling to keep it together and are now asking for your help. I understand so many have been affected by this tragedy, so even a small donation or a simple share will go a long way!

The severe damage has left Barberstry and our staff with absolutely nothing, yet we are grateful to be alive and well. As we look to the future, we will hold firm as a team and hopefully continue to serve our community for years to come. The proceeds for this donation will go directly towards opening a new location to alleviate the financial burden on our business and staff.

We know thousands are in the same predicament, so we appreciate all the help given to us. We will recover as a community because we are Englewood strong! We hope that everyone and their families are safe from the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian. We look forward to getting back to business and lifting the community's spirits.
