To all those who knew her, Barbara Reed lived life to the fullest. She loved the great outdoors and treasured her time in the Georgia wildlife. In early 2018, Barbara Reed was diagnosed with Lung Cancer. Barbara went through treatment and survived two brain tumors.  However,  she fought the good fight and passed on 12/23/2020. In lie of flowers, the family would like to honor Barbara by raising money to donate for the Garden Club of Georgia to plant oak trees on Sapelo Island. Barbara was happiest fishing and laying on the beach at Sapelo.  We hope that the memory of Barbara will continue to live on through giving back to Sapelo Island.
