Barbara Moore Fall Down Staircase Head Injury

Many already know of the terrible accident our dear friend Barbara Moore was in recently resulting in serious injuries including a severe concussion. While visiting me in Mexico she fell down a flight of stairs tumbling down head first then falling off the side of the staircase eventually landing on her head. Along with suffering a concussion she has sustained multiple traumatic injuries and contusions that cover her entire body as well as internal injuries. My best friend desperately needs your help. It is crucial at this time for her to receive follow-up medical care to check on conditions that do not seem to be improving. Her medical bills are mounting as SHE IS NOT COVERED WITH HEALTH INSURANCE. Her emergency room care, examination, evaluation, full body CT Scan, x-rays and hospital stay costs are astronomical. The ER Doctor has instructed her to seek follow-up care after two weeks from the accident. This includes seeing a neurologist for her concussion and repeat x-rays for her elbow and chest. Barbara’s ER report concluded 1) CONCUSSION There is soft tissue opacification in the right maxillary, ethmoid, left sphenoid and right frontal sinuses 2) MINOR ELBOW FRACTURES, SPRAINS AND BRUISES 3) A developed HEMATOMA IN THE ELBOW which may need to be drained 4) OSSEOUS STRUCTURES: CHEST HEMATOMA The visualized upper abdomen is abnormal with headaches probable cyst or hemangioma within right lobe of the liver 1.2 cc 5) RIB FRACTURE of the right posterior fourth rib and 6) KNEE CONTUSION. Barbara is also experiencing POST CONCUSSION SYNDROME & POST TRAUMATIC VERTIGO. It is devastating for me to watch my dear friend endure so much pain and anguish. Life has not been easy raising her young daughter alone for the past eight years but she has been strong and persevered. But this now is really something she could not be expected to handle alone. With the condition she is in now I’m afraid she may not be able work for many months to come. Already losing modeling jobs, events and commercial work has caused her worry which has not been helpful in her healing process. I'm asking you to please find it in your heart to donate. No donation is too small. I have been Barbara’s talent agent and best friend for the past 25 years. Barbara is an accomplished Ballroom dancer, model and actress. Let's help her get back on her feet again. Help her to manage these incurred medical costs, future medical costs and to receive the proper medical attention and therapy that she needs to heal and get back to new again! We are so lucky to have our dear friend still in our lives. Dealing with a near death experience has been overwhelming for her as well as for her young daughter.
