Barbara Jean Shackelford

September 23, 2023, I received a call I would have never been prepared for. My mother, Barbra Jean Shackelford passed away at the young age of 59 years old. She will be remembered as a loving mother who opened her doors and provided guidance to so many. Although my brother and I were her only sons, there are far more who consider her family. Her passing came as a surprise and I wish I could buy one more moment with her, but I have to trust that God knew better.
