Donation protected
My name is Ruth Batting and as many of you already know, my sister, Barbara Tyrrell Grogan passed away tragically on October 10, 2016 due to a possible slip and fall accident at her home in Brandon, Florida. We are still awaiting the for the death certificate on the final cause of death.
Barbara was on social security and has one son, Aron Grogan, who was also living with her at the time who also was on social security with no other income. Barbara did not have a will nor did she have any type of life insurance and like many of us was living pay check to pay check. Her son, my nephew does not know where he will living as my sister's death was totally unexpected, however that is not the worry or problem right now.
I am only able to give so much money towards her final expenses but the will be a need for additional needs for funds to help pay for her cremation and a small memorial plaque next to my mother's in Hillsborough Memorial Gardens. I am asking for a small donation to help defray my cost and her son's cost, towards the cremation and a small plaque to remember. We are not asking for any additional monies for for anything else.
I am very uneasy asking for money for my sister's burial, however I do not know what else to do.
This would mean so much for the family and I know my nephew would greatly appreciate it as well. Right now he is taking care of what he can.
We will need this donation as soon as possible so that we take care of her cremation and you do not know how thankful we both will be. This would ease my nephews mind and mine as well so that she is given what she deserved.
