Barbara Buchanan Memorial Fund

Barbara Buchanan was taken from this world on January 2, 2022. She was fighting a battle and fought hard until the end. Anyone and everyone who knew her was automatically drawn to her because of her warmth and magnetic personality. Everyone was family to her. Her door was always open. And her big comfy couch was always full. But most important to her was her son Nicholas and her grandson Maverick. She always said that Nick is "the finest thing she'd ever done". We all know how much she loved him. Barb was the Human Resource Director for the Archdiocese of Denver for 25 years. There she made many life long friends who became family. After she retired she became a stay at home glam-ma to Maverick. Being home with Nick, Rio and Maverick was something she was so very thankful for. She loved taking drives in her Jeep and rides on her motorcycle with her many many friends all over Colorado.

 

On behalf of my brother during this difficult time I'm asking for help for her services and legal fees.  We are bringing her back to Denver and honoring her wish of a big celebration in her memory. We are waiting for Spring to come to have an outside location and one large enough to celebrate her and all of her family and friends. Funds will go to funeral costs and medical bills.
