Hello friends and family of Barbara Bright,
 
We are starting this fund to help raise the remainder of the money that is needed for Barbara to finish out her integrative oncology treatments for the stage 4 cancer she was diagnosed with in January of this year. The cancer started in her lungs and metastasized to her brain and bones.
 
She has been here in Arizona since May receiving integrative therapies to boost her immune system and kill off the cancer. Her last MRIs (late August) showed her brain and lungs are free from tumors thankfully, but many are still are present in her bones. So, we have more work to do for her. 

We need to raise $6700 within the next couple of weeks to help her finalize her treatments here so she can get back home to her beloved husband, friends, pets and community in Ocean Springs, MS.  These funds will go towards the IVs she receives three times a week, immune injections and her daily oral and nebulized supplements. 

Anyone who has been touched by Barbara’s peaceful and loving presence has to smile when thinking of her. She is a compassionate and inspiring individual who has been a light in countless people's lives. She has been a member of the AA community over 3 decades and has shared her generosity and kindness with those in need and everyone around her. She draws others to her because of her ability to connect, her awesome sense of humor and her fierce level of integrity.
