Half a Million Displaced. Immediate Help Needed.
As of December 21, 2025, more than half a million Cambodian civilians have been forced to flee across seven provinces, including Siem Reap. 80% of our refugees are women and children. Families escaped with only what they could carry and are now sleeping wherever they can—uncertain if they’ll ever return home.
RISE FOR KHMER is launching a fundraising to respond to this immediate humanitarian crisis.
Led by Baramey Production and its artists (VannDa, Vanthan, Norith, YuuHai, and Suzana), in partnership with the Khmer Artists Association, this is the official GoFundMe for international supporters to help provide food, clean water, clothing, hygiene supplies, and daily essentials to displaced families.
These are innocent civilians—children, parents, and elders—caught in circumstances beyond their control. Ongoing damage to homes, infrastructure, schools, and medical facilities has left many families without stability or access to essential services.
The public response—especially within Cambodia—has been overwhelming and deeply moving. However, this is only the first phase of relief. As attention naturally fades and resources become strained, the challenge of sustaining displaced families continues. This crisis is expected to last for months, and long-term support will be critical.
If you’re able, please give. If not, please share. Every action matters.
Funds will be directed towards humanitarian activities for refugees. A financial report will be provided by Baramey Production to ensure transparency and public trust.
