Baraa and his family in Gaza

I'm Emel (Canada). Baraa lives in Gaza and he needs our help. Here's what he told me:

« Hello my friends, brothers and sisters, my name is Baraa Azzam, I'm from Gaza, Palestine, I am 23 years old, I am a young man in the prime of my life. ambitious and I love life. I love my university and my major, which is in Multimedia and web development. I strive to achieve my dream to graduate and get a job that suits me and through which I can help my family and secure their future.

But the brutal war came upon us and destroyed all my dreams... The reason for creating this campaign is that I need you, my friends, to help me pursue my dream, complete my educational path and help my family to stand firm in the face of this brutal war. My sick father (51) needs treatment for his high blood pressure, his cartilage disease and discs in his back .

The goal of the campaign is to raise 10 000 euros to cover my educational expenses, complete my father's treatment and meet all my family's needs. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a huge difference in my life. His family home has been destroyed in a recent airstrike and needs lots of repairs. Baraa is the oldest and has to take care of his sick father Azzam, his mother Afkar and his three younger siblings, named Alam Al-Din (22), Aya (20) and Rafeef (16).
