Our dear friend, Angel recently suffered a stroke. In an instant, life shifted from busy days with her family and work to a hospital stay, and forthcoming therapy appointments and the road to recovery. Anyone who knows Angel, knows her boisterous energy, strength, kindness and how much she pours herself into her family, friends, work and the Lawrence community. She is a devoted mom, wife, daughter, sister and friend to many. Our hope is for Angel to be fully present for her family and focused on her healing.

While Angel works hard to recover, the reality is bills don’t stop. We are raising funds to help cover living expenses and ease the pressure on her so she can take the time needed to regain her health without feeling rushed to return back to work too soon.
