Virtual Mano-Chamal

My name is Indra Kafley. I am a wife of my beloved husband Lt. Parshu Kafley, 51, who passed away on 01/07/2022 leaving myself and two young children Daughter, 14 and son, 8.

He was a liver cancer patient diagnosed on May 2021. Our family have been living at his sister Tara Kafley’s house for more than a year here in Greater Cincinnati. We moved from Richmond, VA. In Nepal, we lived in Belgandi 1 Sec F. He was born in Sarbang, Bhutan.

My husband and loving dad of our children passed away too early and this time has been very difficult both emotionally and financially for us. Thank you for your prayers and support to our families. We are forever indebted with your generosity.

I am creating this online fundraiser as part of our Hindu tradition of Mano-Chamal. All well wishers of our family wanted to support us virtually and this campaign has been started.
