Baptist Youth Camp 2017-Ghana
Donation protected
How many of you remember the week long camp we had in the Baptist Churches in Ghana? Where young Ghanaian students in Baptist Churches knocked door to door with pledge cards trying to raise money to be able to afford to go to "camp"?
At camp we had the chance to live in Secondary School dormitories for a week where we met and made new friends, studied from God's Word, took part in numerous outdoor activities, Sword drills, Bible quizzes and so much more!
This year, we would like to raise some money(especially from former campers now living overseas) to support the fund-raising efforts of the 2017 Baptist Youth Camp. All monies will go towards funding the expenses of the youth who would like to attend camp but are unable to because they are unable to afford it.
It costs roughly about $50 to sponsor a child to attend camp for a week, with all expenses paid for room and board. Our goal is to raise enough support for 150 students by August 2017.
Please help us reach our goal by donating to our cause, spreading the word and supporting us in prayer. Thank you in advance and may God richly bless you!
Sincerely,
Lawrence Paresen & Ruth Holdbrook
