Bantha is our sweet, sensitive Maine Coon cat-son. He is the first pet we adopted together. It's hard to believe that was seven years ago.

Bantha has been battling cancer for the past year. His right eyelid was removed because of a malignant tumor last May. The rare strain was aggressive, but we remained hopeful. Unfortunately, the cancerous cells came back, and our boy had to have his right eye removed in March.


Bantha now needs 20 crucial radiation sessions to treat the cancer and chemotherapy to prevent the bad cells from returning. His lungs, lymph nodes, heart, and stomach were checked last week, and thankfully, the cancer hasn't spread. But this next course of treatment is very important and also very costly. Bantha isn't eligible for pet insurance, and all medical expenses are out-of-pocket for us.

This opportunity is to support the sweetest cat you will ever know. Every contribution helps as we work to  rid him of this illness once and for all. He has so much life left in him. We are set on fighting this so Bantha can enjoy more years of playing with his sister Holly and his favorite catnip toy, sitting in the sun, and being our friend. We love him so much.
