Bansha Community First Responders

Bansha Community First Responders was founded in 2024. We work closely with the National Ambulance Service to provide an emergency medical response in our community.

Our team of dedicated volunteers give freely of their time to respond to cardiac and choking emergencies in an area stretching from Lisvernane to Kilfeacle and surrounding areas.

100% of money raised goes to equipping our responders to provide medical assistance in advance of an ambulance arriving on scene.

Items we need include:

Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) - €1,500 approx.

AED Replacement Pads - €80 approx. per incident.

CPR Face Mask - €5 per responder per incident.

Consumables (Gloves, Antibac Spray, Razors) - €20 per volunteer.

PPE (Hi Vis jacket, torches, face masks, etc) - €50
