Support Bangarang: Food, Fire, Wine & Feeling

Bangarang is a travelling food and culture project born in the Cotswolds. We bring people together through food and fire, reimagining rural dining, building community, and sharing what we’re creating with anyone who wants to be part of it.

Bangarang isn’t just a supper club. It’s a call to gather to slow down, to connect, and to celebrate the simple things done well. The word Bangarang comes from Peter Pan the cry of the Lost Boys, a joyful, defiant shout that means “we’re alive, and we’re in this together.” That spirit lives in everything we do. For the past two years, Bangarang has existed in borrowed spaces, barns, potteries, gardens, and hidden corners of the Cotswolds each one transformed by food, firelight, and community.

Our values are simple: community, creativity, localism, connection, and passion for food. Outsiders are always welcome at our table.

Since starting, we’ve hosted more than 35 events from hidden lakes and potteries to farms and creative spaces often collaborating with people and places we admire, including Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford Organic.

We’ve done this without paid marketing, and almost every event sells out. Guests come back, and they bring their friends. That’s how Bangarang has grown through word of mouth, trust, and shared experience.

Now, we’re ready for the next chapter. We’re raising funds to grow Bangarang to invest in better equipment, bigger venues, and the ability to own more of what we use instead of renting. The more we can build from within, the stronger and more sustainable our business becomes.

This is all leading toward our bigger goal: opening a permanent Bangarang restaurant. Everything we do now is about proving the product, refining the experience, and building a loyal community that will follow us into this next phase.

I started Bangarang because it’s something I have to bring into the world, not a business idea, but a calling. Everything I know through long shifts, late nights, kitchens, and service. Hospitality is the only world I’ve ever known, and it’s where I’ve found my purpose.

Bangarang is my way of turning all of that experience, the creativity, the chaos, the care into something lasting. It’s my chance to build a future I’ve never had before, and to give people what hospitality is meant to be, connection, generosity, and soul.

This is bigger than food. It’s about creating a space where people feel seen, looked after, and part of something real.

Every bit of support helps us grow to create more moments around the table, support local producers, and keep building something meaningful, from the ground up.
