Bandit the fairy fox

Greetings! I am Bandit the Fairy Fox! Now I know many of you have heard of fairies or foxes, but how many of you have heard of a fairy fox until me?! I am lucky enough to be a part of the fairy realm and my favorite place to visit all the humans and fae creatures are renaissance fairs! While many foxes walk and jump and pounce and play...I fly as well! I am almost 4 months old now and as I grow my wings grow too! I am sure many of you have seen puppies and kittens skidding about while growing into their legs, can you imagine having to learn to fly as well!? Most of the time my flights are peaceful and joyful...but sometimes learning we make mistakes! It happens that the new larger wings I have sprouted have proved harder to control, and I had a bit of an accident flying too low and had a less than elegant landing! I was soaring in the sky and decided to dive down to eat some lovely blueberries I spied growing near the forest when I lost control and did a bit of a tailspin into the branches and undergrowth and crash landed!

It was quite the adventure!
I stood up to shake myself off a bit (for I am a fairy fox who loves a pristine coat of fur) and I noticed that my back leg seemed to be a bit sore!
Now, I shook this off but the fairies would not hear of it- they insisted I visit one of the human healers to make sure that I would be in tip top shape!

I took a car ride all the way to a human healer (no one would hear of me flying!) and it turns out I have a fracture in my back leg! I was worried and a little scared and grumpy, but I got my leg taken care of and have some upcoming visits to the land of real for followups on my leg...I am lucky to have such a loving family to take care of me!  I will be in my pretty purple cast for about 6 to 8 weeks (uuug how will I manage!?) and I will need lots of checkups in between to make sure I am healing well to be back in tip top shape for more of my adventures! (Fairies worry about their fuzzy friends!) Perhaps you could help my family to help me so that I can visit you all in the Land of Real some more? I know I have brought my fairy family so much joy and I love them, so I am resolved to try and help them as they have helped me! Any help will go to the human doctors helping to check on me to get better as fast as I can-they are amazing! If you could help me as soon as possible I know my fairy family and I would be very grateful to you as I know this year has been tough on magical creatures all around! Thank you all for your well wishes and any help is much appreciated! I am lucky enough to have some forest creatures to keep me company too while I recover! I can't wait to finish recovering so that I can keep bringing joy to you all!
