Words from Bamps (Arthur Edwards):

As part of my 80th birthday celebrations, I would like to give back to the RVI and Freeman Hospitals in Newcastle, who looked after me so well back in 2018 and helped me beat cancer.

I had the most amazing care throughout my treatment and operation from a talented team of Surgeons, Doctors and Nurses. In August this year I will hopefully be fully signed off.

In order to give back, I would like to raise some funds for these two special hospitals. I will be clocking up the steps before my 80th birthday in May, by completing a Marathon Walk (26 miles).
