It is with great sadness and disbelief that we announce the sudden and very unexpected passing of Baltazar Ortiz at 67 years old.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to all of our family, for your prayers of strength and messages of love and support. Our family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts. We know and see each day how much he was loved.

With all of the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it also brings financial burdens. Thank you to everyone who has reached out to ask how you can help. We are trying to raise money for Baltazar and his wife Sandra to help with any costs that will incur and to help wherever needed.

Losing a dad and husband so unexpectedly is something unimaginable, and something that will never be healed. This family will never be the same without him, and neither will anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was so incredibly kind and caring, goofy and fun, and loving and hard-working.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will go first to covering funeral expenses, and then anything left over will go to supporting his wife through this tragic time.

He will be so deeply missed by every single person who knew him, and we hope that the memory of his kind wonderful soul will live on forever.
