Family and friends,
We truly cannot express the gratitude we carry in our hearts for those that have loved and cared for us in this difficult time. We thank you all for the kindness, love, and support that you have shown us since Balt went into the hospital on the evening of Saturday, January 14, 2017 and continued until his passing on January 31, 2017. Over the weeks his family and friends, and the community that Balt loved, have been a solid foundation for us when things have seemed so uncertain. For that, Balt’s kids and family, offer you all our sincerest thanks.
Since Balt’s passing, many of you have asked in what ways you can help. We are currently working on making arrangements his funeral, and in doing so, trying to keep and respect his final wishes. He expressed his wishes to us, and although we had believed it would be much longer until we would have to honor them, we know they were important to him. In trying to keep with his wishes, costs have arisen that we were not prepared for due to the suddenness of his passing. While we understand that not all will be able to help in this way, we would like to ask those of you who are able to please give what you can so that we may honor our dad’s wishes to the fullest of our abilities.
Please know that your love and prayers are appreciated. We welcome them with open hearts and grateful spirits.
In keeping with his wishes, we intend to ensure that all who wish are given the opportunity to pay their respects. Services will be held at the La Colonia Indepencia Community Center 10841 Garza Ave., Anaheim, CA 92804 on the afternoon of March 4, 2017.
Once again, we sincerely thank all of you for your kindness, love, support, and generosity in this difficult time for our family.
Balt always had a special place in his heart for children, so any funds left over will go towards a Youth Program/Charity in Balt’s name.
