Ballzy Expeditions - Everest base camp 2024
Donation protected
Booka’s Ballzy Expeditions started in memory of a huge friend, and mentor (Ben ‘Be Huge Butler) who had a testicle removed due to testicular cancer, and later passed away from a tumour in his lung. He played a major role in my (Booka) education in the fitness industry.
In my first Ballzy Expedition in 2019, I climbed Mt Manaslu the worlds 8th highest mountain, and raised money for the Qld cancer council in memory of Ben.
In May 2022 I climbed to the summit of Mt Everest, and raised money to help Sherpa kids go to school.
Now Ballzy Expeditions has seen ‘Me’ become ‘We’ and I am proud to be leading groups of like minded legends trekking to Everest Base Camp at 5364m.
We will give out Balls to the kids (hence the name) in remotes areas of Nepal, as well as raising much needed funds to donate to the schools and families who can’t afford schooling for their kids.
The money will be given directly to the schools and to the families who need it, and you can follow our journey on socials to see your contribution directly help these people. All donations are greatly appreciated no matter how big or small.
Some of the money raised so far has paid for hot lunches for the kids so they didn’t have to trek him in freezing conditions, a teacher in one of the highest schools on earth, and school necessities.
Please give a little or a lot, so we can help pave the way for these kids to have brighter future.
Thank you, Namaste
