In July 2025 Ballyclare Comrades Under 16 boys will be travelling to take part in the Foyle Cup.

The six day tournament will host over 700 teams from the UK, Ireland, Spain and America. This event is a fantastic opportunity for the boys to compete in high level competition, showcase their skills and represent both their club and the town of Ballyclare in front of an anticipated 250,000 spectators.

The costs for essential travel, accommodation and meals is estimated to be around £10,000. Any funds raised will go directly to the club to mitigate these costs and ensure every player has the opportunity to play.
