Ballston Children's Center Covid-19 Teacher Fund
Donation protected
There are two things I've learned since the Coronavirus Pandemic hit:
1) How much I appreciate the trustworthy staff at my son's daycare & miss being able to drop him off there during the week. Childcare providers are truly amazing, patient, unsung heroes.
2) It's amazing how kind human beings can be, especially in difficult times. When the going gets tough, the tough get going!
In light of the recent stay-at-home order issued by the State of Virginia, the caregivers & teachers at my son's daycare, Ballston Children's Center, will likely be unemployed/unpaid through at least June 10th so I'm starting this GoFundMe page (in collaboration with the management of BCC) to raise money for the great people who normally look after my son & his friends.
So long as I remain employed during these strange times, I vow to donate some amount of money from each paycheck I receive to this fund & wanted to make sure others like me had an opportunity to do the same.
