The Ohio Ballstars organization is a youth basketball program started by Joshua & Trey Hardin. These brothers started this program to offer youths with a love for the game of basketball the opportunity to improve and grow as an individual/team player and help them reach their goals/dreams. The program has grown and evolved over the past 8 years recently adding a girls team, going from 1 to 21 overall spring teams, and adding a HIGH SCHOOL program. They continue to strive to provide the best experience for everyone involved, including coaches, parents, and most important the student athletes.The Ohio Ballstars have always done everything they can to be the best youth sports program in the city and provide the most opportunities for their student athletes to succeed in a positive and skill growing family environment.
Our 5th grade team has qualified for AAU NATIONALS and are excited about the opportunity to travel to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to compete against talent across the county. These boys will be raising funds to help get them to Nationals by charter bus, hotel stay, and food for the week. Each player will be asked to raise nearly $800. We will be helping them find ways to raise money individually, but this TEAM GoFundMe page will help lower the cost that each player will have to raise. For some of our student athletes this will be their first time making a trip to Florida and we are exciting about helping provide this opportunity for all of them!
Our 5th grade team is comprised of student athletes all over the city.
